Allen, so sorry to read of your Mom's passing. She was a very good friend who taught Heather & I a great deal during our Guiding years. We appreciate every bit of guidance we received. I remember when your Mom received her first OAP, she took friends out to the Portage for lunch, she laughed & laughed, thought it funny she was old enough to receive that particular pension. Now we are there, and she made it well beyond.

God Bless as you and the family travel this part of the journey. Sorry, but with a storm looming once again it seems at this time we will not make it up. My plan was to always return for these happenings but weather plays a part when we are older ha! Thinking of you all!

To all of Margaret's family and friends: Margaret was a fantastic woman and will be greatly missed by all that knew her. Whatever she was involved in she gave it her all. Even though it has been years since we worked together on a project I will always remember for her sense of fairness, humor and dedication to everything she believed in.

My thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this difficult time in your lives. I am sure she touched the lives of so many people in the Miramichi from Girl Guides to gardening everyone knew Mrs. Adams. She was such an active lady and involved in her Grandchildren's sporting events as well as school events thus will be missed by all of them. Your faith will sustain you during these days ahead as no matter what age a parent reaches it is still a very difficult time.

Mrs. Adams was very good to me when I was a 16-year-old Cadet Guide, living in a boarding house and helping with the Chatham Guides. I will always remember her as a gracious lady, and I still have the two teacups she gave me sitting on my sideboard.
