Dallas F. MacDonald
1938 – 2018
Dallas Frazer MacDonald, husband of Cecile (Bennett) MacDonald of Glenwood, NB passed away at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at the age of 80.
Born in Chatham, on November 29, 1938 he was the son of the late Wilmot and Lena MacDonald. He worked for Lounsbury Furniture on the Delivery Truck for many years and attended St. Stephen’s United Church.
Dallas is survived by his wife Cecile (Bennett) MacDonald; five daughters: Cathy Milson (Billy), Nancy Comeau (Leon), Sharon MacDonald (Scott), Sheila Parisien (Serge) and Lauralee MacDonald (David); three sons Terry MacDonald (Susan), Shawn MacDonald (Alison) and Scott MacDonald (Stacy); eight grandchildren: Melissa Bowie (Adam), Nicholas Comeau (Daniel), Tyler Milson (Becky), Ben MacDonald, Brody MacDonald, Logan MacDonald, Jake MacDonald and Jenna Lewicki and one great grandchild Brady Bowie.
A private visitation and funeral service was held at Adams Funeral Home Ltd., 140 King St. Miramichi on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 with Rev. David Allan officiating.
Pallbearers were Billy Milson, Tyler Milson, David Lewicki and Lawrence MacDonald. Interment will be held in the Black River Community Cemetery later in the spring.
