MY deepest condolences to all the family. I have known Marion and Joe for many years. I had many a good time with the family.
Marion and I always had a little dig at each other, which gave us a smile and a chuckle. She was fun to be around.

We will miss her.

Larry and I send our deepest sympathy. Aunt Marion was such a beautiful woman. We loved her dearly as did anyone that was so fortunate to have known her. It is comforting to know she is at peace with her loving husband, Uncle Joe and son Walter. Forever in our memories.

To my dear family, there are no words that convey my thought and feelings upon hearing of auntie’s passing. She loved on me every time we came to visit. She offered love, laughter, kindness, cookies and lots of hugs. Her home was a happy one. Food, drink, stories, music and love. Corey and Jessica and family, my heart is with each of you. Knowing her was a blessing I carried with me. I am grateful that I was able to speak to her not that long ago. I know that you and uncle are together once again in spirit. I love you Marion. God speed.

Marion was my cousin and I loved her very much. We used to visit and talk often, but life gets in the way. I have thought of her often and only wish I had kept in touch. May God bless her. Love, Lois

Fifty years ago Mel Dickson hired me for my first pharmacy job. They were all wonderful people, but Marion was special. She taught me how to treat people by me watching her. I was never as good as Marion but I learned a lot over two summers from her.I think of those times frequently and will miss her but will keep wonderful memories. Bob MacDiarmid

Sharon and I were very saddened to hear of Marion's passing by way of George and Maureen Washburn. It was Marion and Joe who made Sharon's and my transition from Saskatchewan to our new life in New Brunswick a happy one, when we first met them at a dance at the Chatham Legion in 1971. We enjoyed both their personal friendship and our close exposure and contact in the band throughout the 1970s until we left in 1981 for Ontario. We pass along our sincerest sympathy to the family, and especially to Cindy and Ricky, who have already had more losses than they deserve, and send our love and best wishes for better times ahead.

Cindy,Ricky and Kim, Rhonda and all of your family, Marion was one of a kind. I enjoyed working with her so much at Scott’s. She was always the same,so sweet to everyone. I tried to convince her to move with me when I changed jobs but she was loyal. So very sorry for your loss.

Dear Cindy, Ricky and all the MacDonald family

We were so shocked and saddened to read of your Mom's passing. Our hearts are broken. Marion was such a beautiful person in so many ways. Her kindness knew no bounds. Our family will be forever grateful to her and your Dad for all the compassion and kindness they showed our grandfather during their years on Princess St. It was immeasurable. She will be so dearly missed. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of you at this very difficult time.
