Carmel S. Lobban
1944 – 2020
Carmel Shirley (Brennan) Lobban, wife of David Lobban of Napan, passed away at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on Sunday, May 17, 2020 at the age of 75.
Born in Chatham on October 31, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Murdock and Doris (Ross) Brennan. She was a Nurse’s Aide at the Miramichi Senior Citizens Home and later did Senior Home Care until retirement. She attended St. Mary’s Anglican Church.
She is survived by her husband David Lobban; one daughter, Colleen Lobban of Napan; one son, Buddy Lobban of Napan; one grandchild, Logan Knowles; two sisters: Bernadette MacDonald (Walter) and June Jimmo (Patrick) all of Black River Bridge; three brothers: Murdock Brennan (Judy) of Napan, Neil Brennan and Blair Brennan (Valerie) of Black River Bridge. She was predeceased by her parents and three brothers, Robert, Billy and Keith.
There will be no visitation held at the funeral home. A graveside service will be held at Black River Community Cemetery at a later date.
