Christopher Joseph Gregan
1986 – 2022
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the death of our youngest son, Christopher Joseph Gregan which occurred on February 28, 2022, at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, at the age of 35.
Born in Miramichi, NB, on May 21, 1986, Christopher was the son of Lynn and Loisanne (Glendenning) Gregan. Christopher was a proud father to his sweet son, Lynken Sampson-Gregan. They enjoyed life together; playing games, building Legos, exploring the great outdoors, and of course adventures at the family camp.
Christopher was a Pipe Fitter and a Boat Builder by trade. He graduated from James M. Hill High School in 2004 and from NBCC Moncton in 2005. Following graduation, he worked in Fort St. John, BC, in the oilfields for approximately seven years. Upon his return home, he worked with various companies throughout the province within his trade. In later years he was employed with Millennium Marine and fished in the family business.
A special thank you to his medical team at St. John Regional Hospital, Doctors and Nurses on 4 East Palliative at Miramichi Regional, and to the Extra-Mural Nurses for all of their care and compassion to Christopher during the past year.
Christopher will be lovingly remembered by his parents, Lynn and Loisanne; his beautiful son, Lynken; Lynken's mother, Leslie Sampson, and her children: Karsyn, and Jaeden, who had a special place in his heart; his brother, Matthew Gregan (Jenna); his two nephews: Jase, and Rory; and niece, Hannah; and his paternal grandfather, Donald Gregan of Miramichi; as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Also remembered with love are his maternal grandparents, Norman and Jean Glendenning; paternal grandmother, Ruby Gregan; and maternal aunt, Judy Glendenning Morton.
