In Loving Memory of Deborah M. Jenkins

1950 – 2025 

Deborah Mary Jenkins of Miramichi, New Brunswick, passed away at Percy’s Place on April 29, 2025, at the age of 74.

Born in Chatham, New Brunswick, on November 6, 1950, she was the daughter of the late George and Helena (Doucet) Jenkins.  She was a store clerk at Ted’s Convenience Store for many years.

Deborah is survived by daughter, Crystal Gray (Stephen) of Miramichi, New Brunswick; one sister, Gladys Jenkins (David Dickson) of Miramichi, New Brunswick; two brothers, Gordon Jenkins (Connie), and Herbert Jenkins (Mary), both of Miramichi, NB; as well as nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.  She was predeceased by her parents; husband, Doug Cripps; brother, George Jenkins (Heather); and step-father, Fred McIntyre.

As per Deborah’s request, there was no visitation.  A funeral mass was celebrated at Adams Funeral Home Chapel, 140 King St., Miramichi, New Brunswick, on Monday, May 5, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., with The Reverend Father John Fraser as celebrant.  Music for the service was recorded music and the songs were "Amazing Grace, My Chains Are Gone" by Chris Tomlin, "Come As You Are" by Crowder and "Personal Jesus" by Johnny Cash.   Interment will be in St. Michael’s Cemetery.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to Percy’s Place or Miramichi SPCA would be appreciated by the family.
