In Loving Memory of Frank Elmer Taylor
1949-2023
Frank Elmer Taylor, husband of Rosemarie Taylor (Easton), passed away at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, NB, surrounded by family on August 11, 2023, at the age of 73.
Born in Newcastle on October 29, 1949, he was the son of both the late Earl and Elinor (Glendenning) Taylor. Frank worked on a drott at one of the local mills for years until retirement. Anyone that knew Frank knew of his great sense of humour, and the fact he could get along with everyone. His shed out back was his little sanctuary, where he puttered around, making wood fires, and listened to CBC radio. His garden was his pride and joy, and also became a gathering spot with his neighbours to discuss the local happenings around town. Tales and good laughs were had. He was forever grateful for his neighbour Reg and Harvey for all their help and friendship.
Frank is survived by his wife Rosemarie with whom he shared over 50 years of marriage. He is also survived by his three beloved daughters: Amanda Estrella (Cristian) of Black River Bridge, Cheryl Taylor of Miramichi, and Loreen McGrath (Randy) of Miramichi; two sisters: Sandra Shea of Miramichi, and Virginia “Ginny” Harris of ON; one brother, Kenneth Taylor (Lynn) of Black River Bridge; sister-in-law, Rhoda Taylor; three grandchildren: Makayla, Keegan, and Emme; as well as nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Besides his parents, Frank is predeceased by his brothers: Gerald (Elaine), David, and Robert.
