Jenilee M. Cox Obituary

In Loving Memory of Jenilee Cox

1982 – 2026

It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beautiful daughter, Jenilee Michelle Cox.  Jenilee passed away on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at the age of 43.

She was born on August 1, 1982, to Edna Trevors and Jim Cox.  It was a glorious day.

She is survived by her husband, Paul Bingham; her children: Gavin, Caleb, Autumn, Chase, and Kingston; her grandson, Chandler; brother, James Cox (Brittney); her mother-in-law, Dorothy Bingham; her brother-in-law, Troy Bingham; and her half-sister, Sacha Bowmen; her earth angel, Laura Kervin, who was like a sister to her and was there for her always, and for this we are eternally grateful.  She was predeceased by her father-in-law, Brian Bingham, and her grandparents.

You are at peace now, our darling daughter.  We thank the Lord for blessing us with a strong, loving, and beautiful girl.  We will miss you very much.  We know that you are in a better place.

At the request of the family, there was no visitation.  A funeral service was held at St. Mary’s Anglican Church, 207 Wellington St., Miramichi, New Brunswick, on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., with The Venerable Perry Cooper, her cousin, The Reverend Ed Trevors and Reverend Eddie Quann officiating.  Music for the service was provided by Ted Lynch and the hymns were "Here I Am Lord", "Amazing Grace" "Great Is Thy Faithfulness" and "It Is Well With My Soul".  A song "I Can Only Imagine" by Mercy Me was played during the service.  The scripture readings was read by James Cox, Laura Kervin, The Reverend Ed Trevors and Reverend Eddie Quann.  The eulogy was presented by Jim Cox and a poem was read by Claire Fracker.  A reception followed in the church hall downstairs.

The family would like to thank everyone who reached out to help us, who sent messages, called, and prayed for us.  She is looking down from above, we are sure.

Memorial donations in memory of Jenilee may be made to Harvest House Miramichi or a charity of the donor’s choice, and would be appreciated by the family.
