In Loving Memory
Joseph Francis (Frankie) Robichaud
1957 – 2022
It is with great sadness, and much love, that we mourn the sudden loss of Joseph Francis (Frankie) Robichaud, husband of Diane Robichaud, of Loggieville, NB, who passed away at the age of 65 on Tuesday, December 27, 2022, at the Moncton Hospital surrounded by his family. Born in Chatham, NB, he was the son of the late Lumina (McGraw) and the late Joseph Robichaud.
Frankie loved life, was an active member in the community, always willing to lend a helping hand, and a long-time member of St. Andrew’s Catholic Church. He had an amazing sense of humour, an even better laugh, and could easily put a smile on the faces of those around him. He enjoyed spending time in the woods, watching and playing sports, and being surrounded by loved ones. He had an appreciation for the simple things in life, and knew how to throw a good ol’ fashion garage party. He took great pride in his work, and even more pride in raising his family.
Frankie is survived by his wife, Diane; children: Eric Robichaud (Melodee), Monique Sutherland (Josh), Tony Robichaud (Maggie), Denise Robichaud (Mark); sister, Lynda Washburn (Don); brothers: Alphie Robichaud (Marg), David Robichaud (Margie) and Paul Robichaud (Sonia); ten grandchildren: Adelyn, Rhea, Ella, William, Annie, Sam, Eve, Maria, Mattias and Rose; as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was deeply loved by so many, will be greatly missed by all, and remembered by everyone.
The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the first responders, and many healthcare professionals, who went above and beyond in providing care for Frankie.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to Friends of the Moncton Hospital Foundation (www.friendsfoundation.ca), Miramichi Regional Hospital Foundation (www.mrhfoundation.ca) or a charity of one’s choice.
