Lisa M. Glazier

1969 – 2022 

Lisa Marie Glazier of Miramichi Bay, New Brunswick, passed away at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on December 18, 2022, at the age of 53.

Born in Chatham, NB, on April 23, 1969, she was the daughter of Lorraine (Lyons) Glazier and the late Leslie J. Glazier.  She was a Forrest Technician and Roman Catholic by faith.

Lisa is survived by her daughter, Lily Glazier at home; son, Henry Glazier at home;  mother, Lorraine Glazier of Bay du Vin; sister, Lynn Glazier (Dean Stewart) of Saint-Ignace, NB and brother, Scott Glazier (Liesel Walters) of Whitby, ON.  She was predeceased by her father, Leslie Glazier.

Visitation was held at Adams Funeral Home, 140 King St., Miramichi, on Tuesday, December 20, 2022, from 2-4 PM & 7-9 PM.  Mass of Christian Burial was held at St. Michael’s Basilica, 10 Howard St., Miramichi, on Wednesday, December 21, 2022, at 11 AM with The Reverend Father Dan Bastarache as Celebrant.  Music for the service was provided by Mr. David Bunnell and St. Michael's Basilica Choir.  The hymns were "Here I Am Lord", "The Lord is my Shepherd", "Be Not Afraid", "Like A Shepherd", "Ava Maria", "Songs of the Angels" and the recessional hymn was "And He Will Raise You Up".  The scripture readings were read by Ellen Guimond and Judy Losier.  The Prayers of Faithful were proclaimed by Judy Losier. 

The honorary pallbearers were Gwen & Richard Connell, Natalie MacDonald, Sylvie Guimond, Ellen Guimond, Aimee MacLean, Colette Martin, Tammy O'Connor, Beth & Hilary Guimond, Colleen Powers, Lynette Kennedy and Christine O'Neill.  Pallbearers were Scott Glazier, Reno Brideau, Ryan Goldie, Patrick Hogan, Dale Stewart and Gary Roy.

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to Lisa’s surviving children which would be appreciated by the family.
