In Loving Memory of Lloyd Vienneau

1934 – 2023

Joseph Wilfred “Lloyd” Vienneau, husband of the late Elizabeth “Betty” Vienneau of Miramichi, passed away at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on September 2, 2023, at the age of 89.

Born in Loggieville, NB, on June 4, 1934, he was the son of the late Wilfred and Mary (Jimmo) Vienneau.  Lloyd was a retired employee of R.C.A.F Chatham and Department of Veteran Affairs.  He was a Korean War Veteran, having served overseas.  In his younger years he worked at Saint John Shipbuilding before joining the Airforce.  He was a member of St. Andrew’s Catholic Church.

Lloyd is survived by his daughter, Mary Vienneau of Toronto; one sister, Marilyn Woods of Cold Lake, AB; three brothers: Gerald Vienneau (Linda) of Miramichi, Wayne Vienneau of Nelson, BC, and John Jr. (Verna) Vienneau of Pierrefonds, QC; as well as several nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his parents; wife, Elizabeth “Betty” (Blue) Vienneau; and one brother, Bernard.

At Lloyd’s request there will be no visitation.  A private graveside service will be held at St. Andrew’s Catholic Cemetery.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
