In Loving Memory of Paul J. Flieger

1957 – 2023

Paul Joseph Flieger of Prince George, BC, and formerly of Miramichi, passed away in Prince George, BC, on August 29, 2023, at the age of 66.

Born on July 17, 1957, he was the son of the late Arthur and Margaret (Robinson) Flieger.

Paul is survived by his children: Jason Flieger and Kathy (Lonnie) Van Koughnett; as well as his brothers: Arthur, William (Norma), and Frankie (Debbie); and sisters: Alma, and Jacqueline (John).  He is also survived by his grandchildren: Hailey (Max), Faith (Lucas), Paiton (Cam), and great-grandchildren: Paisley, Eli and Weston; along with sisters-in-law: Erma and Candy; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his parents; and siblings: Donnie, Kenneth, Louis, Ralph, Jimmy, Marilyn, Helen, Jeannette, and Michael.

A private graveside service will be held at St. Michael’s Cemetery.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
