Robin H. Trevors
1947 – 2020
Robin Hugh Trevors (Cotterell), husband of Sheila Trevors of Miramichi, passed away at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on December 22, 2020 at the age of 73.
Born in Singapore, on June 6, 1947, he was the son of the late Thomas G. and Elsie D. H. (Wolverhampton) Cotterell. He was retired from the Finance Industry, and his big love in life was sailing and travelling. “Sail Fast – Live Slow”. He was a member of the Masons BVI, had a great love for animals and building as well as flying model airplanes.
Robin is survived by his wife, Sheila Trevors; one daughter, Hannah Cotterell (Kees Posthuma) of Amsterdam; one son, Oliver Cotterell (Amy) of Scotland; one sister, Sandra Cotterell of the UK; one niece, Alison Buckle of the UK; and his ex-wife, Jane Mary Cotterell of the UK. He was predeceased by his parents.
As per the family’s request there will be no visitation or funeral service. A celebration of Robin’s life will be held at a later date.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the S.P.C.A or Waterview Animal Hospital’s “Jimmy’s Fund” would be appreciated by the family.
