Teresa “Terry” Billingsley
1941 – 2022
Teresa “Terry” Clair Billingsley, wife of the late Maxwell “Max” Billingsley of Miramichi, New Brunswick, passed away at her residence on Saturday, April 1, 2023, at the age of 77.
Born in Saint John, New Brunswick, on May 7, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Teresa LaRocque. Terry worked for CIBC for over 30 years and after retirement moved back to the Miramichi.
Terry is survived by two daughters: Terry-Lyn Shelton (Skip) of Toronto, ON, and Peggy Billingsley (Darrel) of Fairbanks, Alaska; two sisters-in-law: Carolyn and Cathy; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents and siblings: Anne-Marie, Brian, Lenny, Chris, Danny, and Ronnie.
At Terry’s request, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Interment will be at a later date.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
