A FAITHFUL SERVANT OF THE LORD

It is with great sadness to announce the passing of The Reverend Canon Thomas Norman Nisbett, beloved husband of the late Winifred M.G. Nisbett; devoted father of The Reverend Thomas W.L. Nisbett (Colleen) of Boundary Creek, NB, and Michael Nisbett (Mazina) of Bermuda, grandfather, and friend, in his 99th year of Pembroke, Bermuda.

The following services will take place in Bermuda over a period of three days to Celebrate and Give Thanks for the Life of The Reverend Canon Thomas Norman Nisbett:

 

FRIDAY 19TH APRIL-ST. MONICA’S MISSION CHURCH

PEMBROKE, BERMUDA

-A COMMUNITY READING OF MARK’S GOSPEL BY FAMILY MEMBERS AND VOLUNTEERS AT 7 PM

 

SATURDAY 20TH APRIL-ST. JOHN’S CHURCH

PEMBROKE, BERMUDA

-VIEWING BETWEEN 2 PM AND 6 PM

-TEA AND REFRESHMENTS AT 6 PM

-HOLY COMMUNION AT 7 PM, WITH THE REVEREND THOMAS W.L. NISBETT AS CELEBRANT

 

SUNDAY 21ST  APRIL

-FUNERAL SERVICE AT THE CATHEDRAL OF THE MOST HOLY TRINITY, HAMILITON, BERMUDA, AT 3 PM

LEAD BY BISHOP NICHOLAS DILL

-INTERMENT AT ST. JOHN’S CHURCH AT 4:45 PM

-A RECEPTION FOLLOWS AT CHRIST ANGLICAN CHURCH DEVONSHIRE, BERMUDA
