In Loving Memory of Wendy G. Capson

1957 – 2023

Wendy Georgina Capson, common-law spouse of Thomas McLean of Miramichi, New Brunswick, passed away at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on October 13, 2023, at the age of 66.

Born in Moncton, NB, on March 26, 1957, she was the daughter of the late Cecil and Mona Capson.  Wendy was a Cook at Rodd Miramichi.  She was Anglican by faith.

Wendy is survived by her common-law spouse, Thomas McLean; one daughter, Wendi Lynn Capson of Moncton; one granddaughter, Cassandra (Dillon) of Black’s Harbour, NB; and one great-grandchild, Hailey.  She is also survived by several sisters and brothers.  She was predeceased by her parents.

At Wendy’s request, there will be no visitation.  A Graveside Service was held at Saint Andrew’s Roman Catholic Cemetery, Miramichi, on Friday, October 20, 2023, at 11 AM with Keith Carter officiating.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, or the Canadian Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated by the family
